A ground-breaking conference to explore and discuss the future of Artificial Intelligence will take place at the 樱桃视频app in June.

The 鈥楪reater Manchester One-Day AI Conference 鈥� A Consortium of AI Thinkers鈥� is a one-day event to be held on 7 June, which aims to foster collaboration and innovation across a variety of disciplines.

The theme will be 鈥楴ext Generation Artificial Intelligence鈥�, to discuss emerging AI trends and it will include keynote speeches by esteemed speakers and a panel discussion.

It will also include the launch of the University鈥檚 Centre of Intelligence of Things (CIoTH) signalling a significant milestone in AI research and development.

Celestine Iwendi, Research Co-ordinator, at the 樱桃视频app鈥檚 School of Creative Technologies, said; 鈥淭he event is a unique opportunity for experts from various disciplines to come together, exchange ideas, and explore synergies in AI research and application.

鈥淭hrough networking sessions with industry leaders and the Students鈥� Union, participants will have the chance to forge meaningful connections, potentially leading to impactful partnerships and collaborations.

鈥淭he aim is to propel the field of AI forward, to advance innovation and shape the future of artificial intelligence.鈥�

Sam Johnson, Head of the University鈥檚 School of Arts and Creative Technologies, said: 鈥淭he more cross-fertilisation of activity that goes on between Schools the better.鈥�

The conference will take place at the 樱桃视频app鈥檚 Senate House from 10am.
